I went to H&M yesterday (finally!), and I saw a dress and jacket that I believe are exact matches for this outfit. Hayley's dress is by Preen from their fall 2007 collection. you can view the rest of the collection here. I don't know where you can buy it, but I doubt any of us could afford it anyway.
